The weather has been good; it hasn’t rained for a couple of days. But the phone service is still acting up (looks like a possible problem with the phone company itself). I was able to browse the ‘net a good deal today, but not without running into many little hiccups. The new update for the Disney Experience is ready to go, but I’m not completely confident in the Internet connection. If something goes wrong, I could spend hours trying to get everything uploaded. Worse, the connection could completely fail in the middle of the upload, and the site would end up with broken links and missing images.

The recent rains have knocked out our phone service, and has severely interrupted my Internet connection. I’ve tried several times to connect; I’ve been successful on a few of them, but I’ve only been able to do a couple of things before the connection has failed completely. This time around, I’ve decided to manage my Blog and leave a notice.

It seems that the phone lines are slowly returning, but there is more rain to come (so I’m told). If I cannot get online this weekend, the Sunday update of the Disney Experience will have to be delayed.

I tried learning CSS on my own tonight. The CSS stuff was pretty straight forward. I even tried to integrate it into the Disney Experience, but it turned out to make a big mess. I haven’t given up on it completely; I really hate those HTML font tags!
