A new font is available, based on the Pirates of the Caribbean movie text. It’s not absolutely perfect, but it certainly has some merit. Take a look.

Ever since I posted this edition, something’s been nagging at me. I knew something was missing, but I just couldn’t put my finger on it. Then it hit me: I forgot to release the Cursed Treasure of Cortez paper model.

I’ve finished almost all of the textures for the model. There are still a few little things that I need pictures of, but I haven’t found anything even remotely decent online. I need an axe that hangs on the walls, and I need the various plaques/name plates that are on the doors and benches. With the Mark Twain being out of commission until mid-June, I won’t be able to take any photos of my own. ‘Til then, I’ll just have to keep on searching.

I’ve finished a fourth free mini model . . . Jack Sparrow’s crystal ring. Remember: you have to add your selection to your shopping cart. By not adding it, I’ll assume you don’t want a free gift.

Still not much going on. I have a few projects in the works that are taking a while to complete, and take up a good portion of my time. Sadly, this means that I haven’t been able to do any more work on this year’s Haunted Experience.

On a more positive note, I’ve begun a pretty ambitious project that, if successful, will look awesome!

This is a page from an old issue of TV Guide, advertising the televised debut of the “new” Tomorrowland. It’s too bad the real thing didn’t even come close to comparing to this black & white artwork. Sad.
