The old forms have been replaced with new ones, ones that actually work. I like these much more, and I can fight spam by using reCAPTCHA, an image verification system!

Furthermore, using reCAPTCHA actually helps to digitize books.

If you’ve submitted any type of form recently, you may have noticed that you end up with a blank page with “” as the only source of text. It may seem that the form was never sent, but if you filled everything out correctly, it’s been mailed and received. For some reason, the redirects (redirecting to confirmation/error page) are not working, though the forms still get mailed out.

The problem is being looked into. In the meantime, you simply will not know if a form has been successfully sent out. Just make sure that you properly fill out any required fields.

I know things have been slow here lately, but things have been busy. In a few weeks, the Haunted Experience will materialize, the Doorless Chambers event is being solidified, and I’ve been getting an early start on Halloween decorations for the neighborhood trick-or-treaters.

Things may seem like they’ve slowed to a crawl, but it’s all an illusion.

The main project that I’ve been working on has been getting ready for Halloween. That is, in the real world, not the Internet (though I’ve been working on that, too). There are a lot of hand-made props that are being created on a daily basis, and have to be juggled with my regular obligations. It’s been slow work, but I think I’m near completion. Although, with me and Halloween, I can always find something to add!

The Disney Experience has also been getting its horrific transformation into the Haunted Experience . . . minus the ‘horrific’ part. This year I’ve decided to go with more of an autumn pumpkin scheme with oranges, reds, browns, and yellows with a touch of green, purple, and turquoise.
