It doesn&#8217;t belong with the <em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/cannibal_stew\/sets\/72157594222643617\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Designing a Paper Model<\/a><\/em> images, so it&#8217;s going here.<\/p>\n<p>Before finally moving onto the adding of tabs and labels, I&#8217;m finishing up the stained glass windows. The real-life windows have a lot of detail. So much, in fact,\u00a0 that it would be insane to recreate it all. Since the printed windows will only be 2-3 inches high, a lot of that information (and work) would be lost. So, you may notice things like Maleficent&#8217;s missing face. Hopefully, no one will miss it.<\/p>\n<h2>Printing on Vellum<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a class=\"postImage\" href=\"https:\/\/www.disneyexperience.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/06\/stained_glass_test.jpg\" rel=\"p947\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-953 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/www.disneyexperience.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/06\/stained_glass_test-300x185.jpg\" alt=\"Maleficent Stained Glass Window\" width=\"300\" height=\"185\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.disneyexperience.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/06\/stained_glass_test-300x185.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.disneyexperience.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/06\/stained_glass_test.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve printed a test of this technique using vellum (I love vellum!). Two printed images were overlapped, and the colors really do become much more saturated. I clipped both a single print and a double-print to my desk lamp, and you can see a vast improvement.
